Cliff Lee

Cliff LeeMonday nighttime, MLB.com has reported that Philadelphia Phillies has again got their hands on Cliff Lee. The deal is yet not finalized and Cliff Lee who is left hander has to pass the physical as informed by a source. Cliff Lee who is 32 years of age has made almost 120 million dollars in five years which is a lesser amount that was offered to Lee by Yankees for 7 seasons. Yankees has offered Lee 148 million dollars for seven seasons.
Last year on 16th of December Cliff Lee was traded by Philadelphia Phillies to Seattle Mariners for the pitcher JC Ramirez, right hander Phillippe Aumont and outfielder Tyson Gillies. Cliff Lee is the winner of the Cy Young Award as the most excellent pitcher of the American League for 2008.
Cliff Lee has refused the more well-paid and rewarding offer that to return back to the team he has assisted to attain the World Series of 2009 after he was traded from Cleveland Indians.
Cliff Lee, last season has won about 12 games for the Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers and has lead the Rangers to reach their first World Series. Cliff Lee is a tough challenging player going 7-0 with 1.26 average earned- run in 8 career postseason starts prior to losing to San Francisco in the World Series 2010 Games 1 and 5. Cliff Lee is rejoining the Phillies and previously too Lee has nice time with the team. Last week Chuck Greenburg, the owner of Texas Rangers has also offered Cliff Lee with multiple deals in order to retain Lee who helped his team to reach the World Series.
